RETURNS

According to the Act of May 30, 2014 on the protection of consumer rights (this act does not apply to business entities) goods purchased in our store using the “basket” can be canceled without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment (does not apply to the offer individual). However, only if the product is of full value, i.e. it has not been used or has not been damaged in any way. If you wish to return the goods, please inform the Complaints Department of the TCO store via email (sklep@tco.com.pl).

The goods should be provided with the received delivery note (WZ = RECEIPT). The TCO store guarantees the return of the product value. The amount due will be refunded by bank transfer in the form of a transfer. Returns are not subject to the costs of returning the goods. Goods manufactured or imported to the customer’s order and light sources are not subject to return. The return of the goods takes place only at the customer’s expense. The customer undertakes to ensure that the goods returned by him are protected against possible damage during transport.

COMPLAINTS and WARRANTIES

1. All goods available in the store are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, in accordance with point II sub-point 3 and 4 (light sources are not subject to complaints). We make sure that our goods are of the highest quality, but it may happen that after receiving the goods you discover some technical defects. In this case, please send a request by filling the complaint form, contact us by phone or e-mail (sklep@tco.com.pl) with the TCO store to discuss the method of exchange for a full-fledged product, exchange with the Customer’s consent for another one or, if this is not possible, refund.

2. In the event of a defect in the goods, the Buyer has the option of complaining about the defective goods on the basis of the warranty or guarantee regulated in the Civil Code, provided that the guarantee has been granted. Using the warranty, the Buyer may, on the terms and within the time limits specified in the Civil Code:

  • Submit a price reduction statement
  • In the case of a significant defect – submit a statement of withdrawal from the contract
  • Demand the exchange of items free from defects
  • Request removal of the defect

The Seller asks you to submit complaints under the warranty to the postal or electronic address indicated in the Regulations. If it turns out that in order to consider the complaint, it is necessary to deliver the advertised goods to the Seller, and the Buyer is a Consumer – such goods will be collected at the Seller’s expense. If an additional guarantee has been granted for the goods, information about it, as well as about its terms, is available in the product description in the Store. Complaints regarding the operation of the Store should be sent to the e-mail address indicated in the Regulations. The complaint will be considered by the Seller within 14 days. The Seller reserves the right to change the form of the complaint – removal of the defect instead of replacement or replacement instead of removal of the defect, if the fulfillment of the Buyer’s request is impossible or would require the Seller to incur excessive costs.

The cost of shipping a recognized complaint is borne by the TCO store, it should be sent back via a courier company.
